OMEGA X Finally Officially Free From Their Previous Agency, Reach Agreement To Terminate Contracts And End All Disputes

The group OMEGA X has reached a mutual agreement with their former agency, Spire Entertainment, to terminate their exclusive contract and settle all disputes.

On May 8th, OMEGA X relayed the happy news via an official statement. They expressed their gratitude to those who have supported and worried about them and stated that they plan to continue their activities with their long-time managers from before their debut.

The official statement from OMEGA X is as follows:

Hello, we are OMEGA X.
After careful and long discussions, we have reached a mutual agreement with our former agency, Spire Entertainment, to terminate our exclusive contract and settle all disputes.
We have agreed to continue to work towards the development of K-Pop in our respective positions.
We sincerely thank those who have supported and worried about us, and we plan to continue our activities with our long-time managers from before our debut.
We will come back with good music and an even more improved appearance.
We ask for your continued support as Omega X takes a new leap. Thank you.

In October of 2022, the conflict between OMEGA X members and their agency, Spire Entertainment, came to the surface with the revelation by a netizen A. A caused a stir by releasing a voice file recording of having conversations along with allegations that OMEGA X was verbally abused while having a meal with agency officials during the world tour. In response, the agency issued an official position denying the news, but the situation kept escalating. As the controversy escalated, Spire Entertainment announced the voluntary resignation of CEO K, who caused this unpleasant incident. After that, OMEGA X has held a press conference on the termination of their exclusive contract and unveiled the atrocities of the chairman and CEO of Spire Entertainment and in January of 2023, the members won an injunction to suspend their contracts with the agency.
