BLACKPINK’s Lisa’s Agency LLOUD Partners With RCA Records, Home To SZA, Doja Cat And More

BLACKPINK member Lisa has signed a partnership with RCA Records.

According to Sony Music Entertainment Korea on the 11th of April, Lisa and her agency, LLOUD Co., have signed a new partnership with RCA Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music, to embark on global activities. Lisa, who is preparing to release a new solo album with RCA Records, expressed her excitement about joining the RCA family. She stated, “I am truly happy to join the RCA family. I am confident that they are the best team to make bigger moves in my solo career. I look forward to showing everything we have prepared to the world.”

Peter Edge, Chairman and CEO of RCA Records, and John Fleckenstein, COO, also expressed their pride in forming a partnership with Lisa and LLOUD Co. They stated, “Lisa is an undeniable global star with multidimensional talent. Welcoming Lisa and LLOUD Co. into the RCA Records family brings us great joy.”

By partnering with RCA Records, Lisa joins a lineup of globally renowned artists such as A$AP Rocky, Becky G, Doja Cat, Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake, Mark Ronson, P!NK, Steve Lacy, SZA, Tems, Tate McRae and many more. Lisa plans to expand her global influence as a member of the label.

Lisa, who has been active as a member of BLACKPINK, has also achieved success as a solo artist. Her debut single ‘Lalisa’ sold approximately 750,000 copies in its first week in Korea in 2021 and charted in the top 10 of the Billboard Global 200 chart with ‘Lalisa’ and ‘Money’. ‘Money’ has also remained on the Billboard Hot 100 and UK Singles Chart for the longest period among K-pop solo female artists.

Additionally, Lisa is the K-pop artist with the most Instagram followers, surpassing 120 million. She has also made history by being the first K-pop solo artist to win at the MTV Video Music Awards and MTV Europe Music Awards, breaking Guinness World Records.
