MBC’s new drama “Numbers” (Screenwriter Jeong An, Oh Hye Seok/Director Kim Chil Bong) unveiled its first video teaser building up anticipation for its premiere.
“Numbers” is an office action drama in which a high school graduate accountant Jang Ho Woo confronts the absurdity of a huge accounting firm and realizes justice in the most accountant-like but least accountant-like way. With the interesting subject matter of accountants and accounting firms, it raises expectations by predicting a drama that will provide a different level of tension and immersion.
The newly released video teaser shows Jang Ho Woo’s character reliving traumatic events, Choi Jin Hyuk’s character makes an appearance in the last seconds of the clip. Check it out down below!
Kim Myungsoo plays the role of Jang Ho Woo, the first and only high school graduate accountant to join Taeil Accounting Firm, which is by far the best among the Big 4 accounting firms in Korea. He is a person with a sense of justice so extraordinary that he once dreamed of becoming a police officer.
Choi Jin Hyuk plays the role of Han Seung-Jo, the only son of Han Je Gyun (Choi Min Soo) the vice president of Taeil Accounting Corporation, he comes from a perfect background. Choi Min Soo plays the role of Han Je Gyun. He is the vice president of Taeil Accounting Firm, and Seung Jo’s father. He seems to have a great personality that emphasizes the ethics and social responsibility of an accountant, but in fact, he has hidden agenda. Yeonwoo plays the role of Jin Yeon Ah, a senior associate at Taeil Accounting Corporation and a friend of Jang Ho Woo.
MBC’s new drama “Numbers” is scheduled to air this coming June.
