The Uncanny Counter 2” has made its highly anticipated return on the weekend, so how was its performance in terms of ratings?

“The Uncanny Counter 2” is a thrilling and sweat-inducing supernatural action drama where the demon hunters called “Counters” with enhanced abilities and new members fight against increasingly powerful demons on Earth.

The drama is led by a star-studded cast including: Jo Byeong Gyu, Yoo Joon Sang, Kim Sejeong, Yeom Hye Ran and the newcomer Yoo In Soo as well as Kang Ki Young, Kim Hye Ra and Kim Hyun Wook.

The drama had previously broken OCN ratings records and all eyes were on its performance in terms of ratings as it moved to tvN.

The 2nd season got off to a promising start and earned an average nationwide rating of 3.9%, which is higher than the 1st season [recorded 2.7%] which premiered 3 years back in 2020.

And with the return, its 2nd episode saw a notable rise in ratings to 5.4%, a huge jump that hints at the drama’s potential rise even further in terms of ratings.
