YG Entertainment has issued a 2nd response to the recent breaking news of BIGBANG’s Gdragon being booked for alleged drug use.

On October 25, YG Entertainment said in a statement, “it is difficult for us to respond as he is currently not our artist.”

G-Dragon was reportedly in the process of negotiating a contract with Warner Music in the United States.

Notably, YG never formally announced that Gdragon had left the company, but it was speculated he left earlier this year.

This comes after News1 report earlier today that claimed the Incheon Police Agency has booked Gdragon on charges for violation of the drug control law without detention.

After booking Lee Sun Kyun, the police conducted a forced investigation and identified Gdragon for further investigation. The police stated, “We cannot disclose specific details as it is an ongoing investigation.”
