The new KBS2 drama “Dare to Love Me” has begun teasing for its release with photos of 1st script reading and an official first couple poster!
Recently, KBS unveiled the 1st script photos of “Dare to Love Me.” At the scene, director Jang Yang-ho and writer Park Yoo-mi attended, along with actors Kim Myung Soo (playing the role of Shin Yoon-bok), Lee Yoo Young (playing the role of Kim Hong-do), Bae Jong Ok (playing the role of Kka Mi-yu-jang), and Park Eun Seok (playing the role of Lee Jun-ho).
“Dare to Love Me” is a romance drama based on the webtoon of the same name, featuring a 21st-century MZ scholar named Shin Yoon-bok, who meets and gradually builds a polite romance with a tired woman named Kim Hong-do.
Kim Myung Soo portrayed the calm and polite character of Shin Yoon-bok, a 21st-century scholar, with a soft tone and upright posture. He is a Confucian boy who pushes away Kim Hong-do (played by Lee Yoo Young) with ease and the tender-heartedness that shakes the other person’s heart.
Playing the role of Kim Hong-do, a quick-witted girl from a fish market and a K-company employee, Lee Yoo Young showcased the charm of Kim Hong-do with her realistic acting. Bae Jong-ok displayed seasoned acting as the CEO of a luxury fashion brand, Jang Camille.
Park Eun Seok plays the role of Lee Jun-ho, the CEO of a high-end traditional Korean restaurant.
Also recently, the production team shared the first teaser poster of the upcoming drama, the poster features the two main stars with Kim Myung Soo politely rejecting and distancing himself from Lee Yoo Young.
“Dare to Love Me” will air on May 13th at 10:10 PM.
