Singer Choi Yena will be absent from a music broadcast due to health issues.
Her agency, Yueha Entertainment, announced on the 1st of July that the scheduled post-recording for MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ has been canceled due to the artist’s poor health condition.
Previously, Choi Yena performed on KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank’ stage as scheduled on the previous day (30th of June).

First of all, we would like to express our gratitude and thanks to the fans who support and love YENA (Choi Yena). We have an announcement regarding the post-recording for MBC’s Show! Music Core.
The scheduled post-recording for MBC’s Show! Music Core, which was supposed to take place tomorrow, has been canceled due to the artist’s poor health condition.
We ask for your understanding regarding the frequent schedule changes, and we will do our best to help the artist recover. Thank you.
Choi Yena made a comeback on June 27th with her second single, ‘Hate XX.’ However, the title track, ‘Hate Rodrigo,’ has been surrounded by controversy due to its controversial title. The MV was edited and re-released.
