NCT Jisung has tested positive for COVID-19.
On April 30, SM Entertainment released an official statement to announce that Jisung has been diagnosed with the virus and has halted his activities as a result.
SM says Jisung suffers from a mild sore throat but is not exhibiting any other symptoms. All the other NCT DREAM members have all tested negative. SM also added that Jisung has had three doses of the vaccine and is undergoing treatment in self-isolation at home in accordance with the guidelines of government health authorities.
Jisung is the first member of NCT to test positive for the virus. The group has 23 members in total but none of them had been diagnosed with the virus up until now.
