LOONA members Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry have signed an exclusive contract with Mode House.
On March 17th, Mode House announced, “On March 17, 2023, we signed exclusive contracts with Loona’s former members Jeon Hee Jin, Kim Jung Eun, Jeong Jin Sol, and Choi Ye Rim.”
“Mode House supports the new beginnings of Jeon Hee Jin, Kim Jung Eun, Jeong Jin Sol, and Choi Ye Rim, and promises to provide full support so that they can create more beautiful memories with fans. We ask for lots of interest and love for Yerim Choi and Mode House.”
Meanwhile, 9 LOONA members filed an application for a provisional injunction to suspend the exclusive contract against the agency Blockberry Creative in November of last year.
In January, the Civil Division 1 of the Seoul Northern District Court ruled that Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsol, and Choerry won the case, and Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Gowon, and Olivia Hye lost the case.

It is known that the four members who won the lawsuit were maintaining contracts under the same conditions as Chuu, who previously won the contract termination lawsuit. On the other hand, the losing members changed some of the contract clauses a year or two ago, and Vivi and Hyunjin did not participate in the lawsuit.
