Gdragon personally spoke out about the drug allegations in a recent statement!
G-Dragon’s lawyer, Kim Soo-hyun from the law firm Kwon Chamber, delivered G-Dragon’s statement on the morning of the 27th of October, saying, “I would like to convey Kwon Ji-yong’s position regarding the news that is being indiscriminately spread by the media without factual basis.”
According to an official from the Incheon Police Agency on the 26th, G-Dragon was booked without detention on charges of violating the drug control law. After investigating actor Lee Sun Kyun, who was previously suspected of drug use, the police targeted G-Dragon and initiated additional investigations.

Hello, I am Kim Soo-hyun, the lawyer representing Kwon Ji Yong.
Regarding the news that has been indiscriminately spreading in the media recently without factual basis, I would like to convey Kwon Ji Yong’s position as follows:
“My name is Kwon Ji Yong. First of all, I have never taken drugs. Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the recent news reports regarding the violation of the drug control law have nothing to do with me. However, in consideration of the concerns of many people, I will actively cooperate with the investigating agency’s inquiry and approach it with sincerity.”
