Actors Jeon Hye Jin, Sooyoung, Ahn Jae Wook, and Park Sung Hoon unite for Drama “Strangers”!
Genie TV drama “Strangers” has created anticipation by revealing its main cast lineup on the 8th of June
“Strangers” is a “Mother-Daughter Empathy Comedy Drama” featuring the captivating chemistry between Jeon Hye Jin, Sooyoung, Ahn Jae Wook, and Park Sung Hoon. The drama, based on the popular Kakao webtoon of the same name by Jeong Yeonglong (story and art), boasts a perfect casting that synchronizes well with the webtoon, raising expectations.
Leading the portrayal of realistic chemistry between a Korean mother and daughter are Jeon Hye Jin and Sooyoung. Alongside them, Ahn Jae Wook and Park Sung Hoon deliver solid performances, making “Strangers” a highly anticipated drama. The drama is set to premiere on July 17th on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA.
Jeon Hye Jin takes on the role of Eunmi, a beautiful and lively therapist who is an unmarried mother with a 29-year-old daughter in the drama.
Sooyoung portrays Jini, the cool and somewhat clueless daughter in urgent need of her mother’s supervision, who is also the patrol team leader at the local police station. Ahn Jae Wook joins the cast as Jin Hong, a mysterious man who pursues an FM radio life and suddenly appears in front of Eunmi.
Park Sung Hoon portrays Jaewon, the chief of a small neighborhood police station whose life becomes entangled after encountering Jini.
“Strangers” is scheduled to premiere as the follow-up to ‘A House with a Yard,’ starring Kim Tae Hee and Lim Ji Yeon, on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA channel.
