Cha Eun Woo, Park Gyu Young, and Lee Hyun Woo have attended the press conference for “A Good Day To Be A Dog“!

On the afternoon of the 11th of October, the MBC’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “A Good Day To Be A Dog” production presentation was held at the MBC Golden Mouse Hall . The three actors and the director attended the event.

“A Good Day To Be A Dog” is a fantasy romance drama about a woman who turns into a dog when she kisses and the only cheat key to undo the curse, a man who is terrified of dogs. The drama is based on the webtoon of the same name.

When asked about the ratings pledge, Lee Hyun Woo mentioned, “We haven’t had a chance to talk about it. We came up with it in a hurry and thought we’d imagine it with a good feeling. We hope for 8.5%.”

Park Gyu Young said, “If we reach 8%, I’ll spend time at an animal shelter.” Cha Eun Woo declared, “If it exceeds 8%, I’ll do charity or volunteer work at a dog-friendly cafe or animal shelter.” Director Kim Dae Woong concluded, “If it goes over 10%, I’ll be happy.”

During the press conference, the topic of Cha Eun Woo appearing in various webtoons came up. Regarding the attention to his visuals, particularly after starring in several webtoon-based works, Cha Eun Woo said, “I’ve done a lot of webtoon-based works by chance. I feel more grateful than pressured. So, I’ve learned a lot, and I have a greater desire to try new things. Three years after ‘True Beauty,’ I thought I could show an even more upgraded version. I thought I could express it more entertainingly.”

The 14-episode drama “A Good Day To Be A Dog” will premiere on the 11th at 9 PM, and the first week will feature back-to-back episodes 1 and 2.
