In their official statement, Fantagio Music explains some of the group members (Alice, Nara, Lime, Yooyoung, Seoyoung, Yeoreum) contracts are expiring, after discussions, a decision was reached to respect and support each member individual activities thus the group is disbanding.

Regarding what will happen to the contracts of each group member: Seoyoung and Yeoreum will be re-signing, while Yooyoung and Lime are in positive discussions with Fantagio Music. On the other hand, both Alice and Nara have decided to leave the agency.

In their statement, Fantagio Music expresses their gratitude to both the members and the fans and asked fans to continue supporting the members who will embark on their individual paths in the future.
