SEVENTEEN‘s Seungkwan will rejoin his group activities!

On the 17th of August, a representative from Pledis Entertainment revealed to Daily Sports, “Seungkwan is planning to join SEVENTEEN’s new album comeback in October.”

They continued, “Currently, Seungkwan is focusing on recovering his health, and the timing for his return is under discussion. It’s expected that he will be able to return by around September at the latest.”

Earlier, on the 3rd of last month, Pledis Entertainment announced Seungkwan’s health condition and his absence from upcoming schedules. If Seungkwan resumes his activities in September, it would be about three months after his rest.

On the 16th of August, Seungkwan expressed his thoughts on resuming activities through the fan communication platform Weverse. He said, “I had so much to say. First of all, I really missed you all, and I’ve been resting and recovering well. At first, it wasn’t easy to see the members filling the empty space without me, and I was hesitant about whether my worries would become burdens. But I feel like I’ll be able to meet you all very soon. I’ll come back to greet you all happily.”

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN, who announced their October comeback, will hold their “SEVENTEEN Tour ‘Follow’ to Japan” in five Japanese cities starting from September.
