Former 2NE1 member Sandara Park expressed her deep longing for 2NE1 activities.

On the 12th, a video titled “Why is Sandara Park a Rich Unnie? Let’s Find Out” was released on the ‘Wonder K’ channel. In the video, Sandara Park first mentioned her height, jokingly saying, “I’m scared, so I don’t measure my height. I will just stick to 160cm.” She also revealed that her weight has not exceeded 40kg for a long time.

When discussing the era of 2NE1’s activities, she expressed her sadness, saying, “It’s so sad. Even though we disbanded, it doesn’t mean 2NE1 is not there. The members will always have the same feelings.”

She also shared her thoughts on performing at the Coachella stage last year. Sandara Park said, “We thought it would be our first stage in 7-8 years, and we didn’t expect such a response. The cheers and sing-alongs made me feel like a movie protagonist. It was a moving moment.”

Regarding 2NE1’s significant records, with 23 out of 38 songs charting yearly, she expressed regret, saying, “It was short but impactful. If we hadn’t disbanded, we could have become true legends.” As for the possibility of a reunion, Sandara Park humorously said, “I really don’t know. It’s difficult because we are under different companies. Maybe we all need to become unemployed for it to happen!”

Sandara Park also shared her feelings about recording “Missing You.” She said, “I thought it might be our last. We released singles like ‘Falling In Love’ and ‘Do You Love Me,’ but they didn’t do well according to the company. After always achieving first place, it was sad for us to rank tenth. The company even said, ‘It’s a failure. Let’s quit.’ So, when we went to record ‘Missing You,’ the lyrics had a goodbye vibe. After recording, Bom and I cried for hours in the studio. But then, the song unexpectedly became first place, and it became our unexpected last album.”

Sandara Park also mentioned that she didn’t watch year-end award ceremonies and music broadcasts after she stopped her singing activities, as they made her emotional.
