The popular YG Entertainment trainee was scouted by Yang Hyun Suk after she made it to the top 8 of SBS “Kpop Star 3.” She is known for being one of the most famous YG trainees that fans keep bringing up.
Fans had long hoped to see her debut, first with BLACKPINK and when that didn’t happen, some hoped she’d debut in their upcoming girl group. She even featured on Jinusean’s “Tell Me One More Time” in 2015.
However, a recent report from news outlet TV Report stated that the trainee has actually left YG Entertainment a long time ago, but hasn’t given up on her dreams of debuting as a singer; she’s been working on music in various channels and is reportedly working on her solo debut. According to industry sources, her solo debut is imminent.
However, the report doesn’t specify which agency she has chosen. YG has not issued a response on the matter but fans will hear more details from her soon if the solo debut is coming soon as the report stated.
