PENTAGON’s Hongseok is leaving his agency.
On the 6th of November, Cube Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cube’) announced the news via an official statement.
In the statement, the agency does not clarify whether Hongseok has departed his group or not leaving fans to wonder about his future activities with the group.
Previously, Pentagon members Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok entered the free agent market as their exclusive contracts with Cube ended last month.

Hello. This is Cube Entertainment.
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to the Universe who love and cherish PENTAGON.
We would like to deliver our official statement regarding the termination of the exclusive contract between Cube Entertainment and PENTAGON member Hongseok.
We have had sufficient discussion and conversation regarding Hongseok’s future activities, and as a result, we have decided to terminate the exclusive contract through mutual agreement.
We express our gratitude to Hongseok for his passion and talent that he wholeheartedly demonstrated since debuting with PENTAGON under Cube Entertainment in 2016. Cube Entertainment looks forward to and supports Hongseok’s even more brilliant leap.
We kindly request warm encouragement and support for PENTAGON’s Hongseok as he starts anew after leaving Cube Entertainment.
