NewJeans‘ first winter song in which Minji participated as a lyricist, was revealed today.
On December 19, the group’s agency ADOR said that the song “Ditto” from NewJeans’ new album “OMG” will be released globally at 6 p.m.
“Ditto” is the first new song in four months since their debut album “New Jeans” in August and is a track in “OMG” to be released on the 2nd of the next month.

The song combines the Baltimore club dance music genre reinterpreted in NewJeans’ own color, and the excitement of the first winter with Bunnies (official fan club name), expressed in the lyrics that member Minji participated in.
This exciting atmosphere is also expected to naturally unfold in two music videos directed by Shin Woo Seok of the Dolphin Kidnapping Group, a film, and advertising studio. Two versions of the video for the song were released.
Meanwhile, in addition to winning three rookie awards at the end of the year, NewJeans has been listed on the global annual charts such as TIME, NPR, The New York Times, and Rolling Stone with their debut album “New Jeans” which have debut songs “Hype Boy” and “Cookie.”
