NCT’s Taeil Injured In A Motorcycle Accident, To Get Surgery
NCT’s Taeil will be taking a hiatus following a car accident!
On the 15th of August, NCT’s agency, SM Entertainment, informed the official fan community about Taeil’s injury. According to the agency, “Early this morning (15th), after completing his schedule, Taeil was involved in a traffic accident while riding a motorcycle on his way home. He was immediately taken to the hospital for thorough examination and treatment.” The agency further explained, “The examination results indicated a diagnosis of a fractured right thigh bone, and the medical staff recommended surgery.”
As per the agency, Taeil is currently receiving necessary treatment at the hospital in preparation for the upcoming surgery. He is currently taking a rest to stabilize his condition. All of his scheduled activities will be temporarily halted, and he will focus on his recovery. He will also be unable to participate in the NCT group concert.

We would like to provide information about the health status of NCT’s Taeil and his upcoming schedule.
Early this morning (15th), after completing his schedule, Taeil was involved in a traffic accident while riding a motorcycle on his way home. He was immediately taken to the hospital for thorough examination and treatment.
The examination results indicated a diagnosis of a fractured right thigh bone, and the medical staff recommended surgery. Taeil is currently receiving necessary treatment at the hospital in preparation for the upcoming surgery. He is taking a rest to stabilize his condition.
Due to this situation, Taeil will temporarily halt all scheduled activities and focus on his treatment and recovery. We also regret to inform that Taeil will not be able to attend the NCT group concert ‘NCT NATION: To The World’ scheduled for August 26th.
