Former Lovelyz member Seo Jisoo has debuted as an AfreecaTV Broadcasting Jockey (BJ).

On the 26th, Seo Jisoo created the channel ‘떠지수’ and hosted her first broadcast as an Afreeca BJ.

Seo Jisoo explained, “I haven’t watched internet broadcasts much, but I enjoy watching edited game videos on YouTube. I’m not good at games, but I came here because I wanted to try.”

She added, “I’ve been busy lately, so I haven’t been able to play games much.”

Regarding her new venture, she shared, “I was on a new path as an actress, but the current situation isn’t favorable. I thought about what I could do among the things I’m good at. Lovelyz had both good and tough times. From my experience with difficult times, I hope to enjoy broadcasting happily, and it would be great if people who like me could enjoy watching my broadcasts. I won’t lose my initial intention.”

She also discussed the possibility of a Lovelyz concert, stating, “I’m in the midst of discussing a mock concert because I want to do one. The probability is about 5%. Since each member has their own company and schedules, it may not work out, but I’ll try my best.”

Seo Jisoo debuted in Lovelyz in 2014, gaining popularity with hits like ‘Ah-Choo,’ ‘Destiny,’ ‘Candy Jelly Love,’ etc. After her contract with Woollim Entertainment ended in 2021, she pursued acting, appearing in web dramas like ‘Romance for 7 Days’ and ‘That’s How It Is.’
