Kep1er’s Announce New Debut Date After Previous Delay
Kep1er’s new debut date has been announced!
Previously, Kep1er’s original debut date was delayed indefinitely after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19. The group was originally set to debut on December 14.
On December 8, WAKEONE Entertainment and Swing Entertainment released a joint statement to reveal that Kep1er’s debut date has been postponed to 2022. Kep1er’s first mini-album “FIRST IMPACT” will be released on January 3, 2022 at 6 p.m. KST.
The statement assures fans the group members have already tested negative and all the related staff members have also been tested and no original cases were confirmed.
As a result, Kep1er’s performance at the 2021 MAMA has also been delayed to avoid any further possibility of infection and transmission.
