Group (G)I-DLE‘s Yuqi is making her solo debut, officially.
On the 22nd of March, a Cube Entertainment official told media outlets, “Yuqi will release a solo song in mid-April and plans to engage in music broadcast activities.”
Currently in the process of preparing her solo song, she is fully focused on her activities. The timing is expected to be towards the end of April.
Yuqi has been actively participating in (G)I-DLE’s album work and showcasing her musical abilities. She even participated in composing a track in Miyeon’s first solo album ‘MY’.
As this is her first official solo activity, there is a lot of anticipation from fans.
Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE, which Yuqi is a member of, recently achieved success with several tracks from their 2nd full-length album, topping various major music charts.
