G-Dragon has completed about four hours of investigation and left the police station.

On the afternoon of the 6th of November, G-Dragon personally visited the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency’s Drug Crime Investigation Unit at 1:23 pm and underwent his first investigation related to drug use allegations. On this day, he finished the investigation after about four hours and left the police station at around 5:20 pm.

The police conducted a preliminary reagent test on G-Dragon. They also collected his urine and hair samples to request a detailed analysis from the National Forensic Service. Additionally, they plan to obtain evidence to prove the drug use allegations by having him submit his mobile phone for inspection.

G-Dragon received a negative result from the preliminary reagent test. He stated, “I have also urgently requested a precise examination, and it would be great if the investigative agency could promptly and accurately make a statement regarding the results.”

Furthermore, G-Dragon only submitted his hair samples and did not submit his mobile phone separately. He said, “If there is a need, I will submit it later.”

G-Dragon has been booked for violating the Narcotics Control Act. However, he strongly denies the allegations, stating, “I have never used drugs. It has nothing to do with the news reports on violations of the Narcotics Control Act that have been recently released by the media.”

Following the conclusion of his questioning, he posted to Instagram. He uploaded a post with the phrase “사필귀정 (事必歸正)” which means “everything will eventually return to the right path.” He explained that initially, right and wrong may not be clearly distinguished, and incorrect things may temporarily prevail or succeed, but in the end, everything will return to the right path.
