Lovelyz’s Mijoo is making her solo debut.
On May 25, industry representatives reported that Mijoo is preparing to make her solo debut this summer, aiming for a release in either July or early August. Mijoo has reportedly been receiving songs fit for the summer from various producers.
In response to the report, a source from her agency confirmed the news. However, they stated that details such as the schedule and the concept have not been finalized yet.
Mijoo debuted as part of Lovelyz in 2014 and departed her agency Woollim Entertainment in November of 2021. She signed with Antenna that same year.
Mijoo has been teasing a possible solo release on radio shows.
