Preliminary Injunction Appeal of the girl group Fifty Fifty has been dismissed by the court.

The Seoul High Court’s 25-2 Civil Division rejected the appeal for a preliminary injunction to suspend the effectiveness of the exclusive contract filed by Fifty Fifty against Attrakt on the 24th of October.

Earlier, on August 28th, the Seoul Central District Court’s 50th Civil Division rejected Fifty Fifty’s application for a preliminary injunction to suspend the effectiveness of the exclusive contract against Attrakt. The court stated that it was difficult to conclude that Attrakt had violated its obligation to provide settlement data, and there was insufficient evidence to prove a violation of health management and consideration obligations.

After the first trial was dismissed, the members immediately appealed, but member Keena has since suddenly declared her return to Attrakt, and Attrakt officially terminated the exclusive contract with the remaining three members. Along with the dismissal of this appeal, it is expected that the legal dispute surrounding their exclusive contracts will also be resolved.

Attrakt continues its legal response against The Givers CEO An Seong-il and Director Baek whom they have blamed as the masterminds behind this incident. An Seong-il, the CEO, attended a summons investigation at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul.
