Recently, former SISTAR member Soyou made a guest appearance on Eric Nam’s the Daebak Show, and during the interview openly discussed her low album sales.

About her album sales, she said, “There are a lot of this. But honestly, what was a bit disappointing was that “ALOHA”… I don’t really pay attention to music charts, but I had my hopes, but it didn’t do as well as I thought.”
She lamented, “So I feel like the music charts has changed a lot. – It seems like the music industry is really difficult to navigate.” To which Eric Nam agreed.
She also added, “I had some concerns about that. These days, our juniors are really young. I wonder, “Am I too old now?” So that’s why, I try to find what I can do best and what people like the most in regards to music. That’s what I think about the most.”
