Singer and actress IU‘s new music video will feature BTS‘s V.
IU’s agency, EDAM Entertainment, stated to Sports Kyunghyang on the 5th of December, “IU has finished filming the music video with BTS’s V, and the new album is in preparation with the goal of release in the first half of next year.”
IU is working on a new album with the aim of releasing it in the first half of next year. However, it’s been reported that V will be enlisting in the military on the 11th. Therefore, considering his schedule, they proceeded with filming the music video first.
Anticipation is high for IU’s new release, as it is her first album since the special album “LILAC,” which concluded her 20s in 2021. The addition of V’s support has heightened expectations.
The two artists already showcased a close friendship when they appeared together on “IU’s Palette” in September. They revealed that they speak informally to each other, sparking discussions.
