BTS Jungkook has achieved an impressive feat!
As of July 24 [local time], Billboard released the rankings for its top 10 hits on the its famous char the Hot 100 chart. Jungkook topped the charts with his newest single “Seven” featuring Latto. According to Billboard, it recorded 21.9 million streams, 6.4 million in airplay audience, and 153,000 combined digital and CD singles sold from July 14 to 20.
With this, Jungkook has broke and set many records, he’s become the 2nd kpop soloist in history to top the Hot 100 with a new single following in Jimin’s footsteps. He’s also only one of three Korean acts to enter the chart at No. 1, the other two being Jimin and BTS.
