BLACKPINK member Jennie might be making her comeback soon!
An official from Jennie’s label, ODD ATELIER (OA), told Newsen on March 31 that there is no confirmation about the rumored solo album release in June.
A media outlet had reported that Jennie would be releasing a solo album in June. However, Jennie’s side explained that there is no confirmation regarding this.
Jennie has been continuing her successful solo career since establishing her independent label, ODD ATELIER, at the end of last year. After releasing a cover video for the song ‘Snow’ on her official YouTube channel on December 24, she released a new song ‘Slow Motion’ in collaboration with Brockhampton’s vocal member Matt Champion on March 7, garnering warm responses from global music fans for her unique vocals.
In addition, she has been receiving love from viewers for her appearance on the new tvN variety show ‘Apartment 404’ alongside comedians Yoo Jae Suk, actor Cha Taehyun, actress Oh Nara and more.
Jennie will continue her solo activities independently while also participating in group activities with the other BLACKPINK members under YG Entertainment.
