BLACKPINK‘s Lisa caught up in dating rumors with Frédéric Arnault.
On the 10th of July, overseas media reported that BLACKPINK’s Lisa was spotted on a date with Frédéric Arnault, the CEO of LVMH, at a restaurant in Paris, France. They reported that Lisa and Arnault were seen enjoying a pleasant conversation, with Lisa leaning slightly on Arnault’s shoulder.
On July 12, Korean media outlets picked up on the news and multiple reports of Lisa’s dating rumors have been trending on Naver.
Frédéric Arnault is the son of Bernard Arnault, the chairman of the French luxury brand group LVMH, and is ranked second on Forbes’ list of the world’s youngest billionaires.
Frédéric Arnault is known to have a friendly relationship not only with Lisa but also with other members of BLACKPINK. In fact, Arnault has taken photos with the BLACKPINK members after attending their performances and posted them on social media. This has led to speculation that their relationship may be purely friendly rather than romantic.
YG Entertainment, the agency to which Lisa belongs, has not yet made an official statement regarding the matter.
On the same day, Lisa was also caught up in rumors regarding the uncertainty of her re-signing with YG Entertainment. YG Entertainment stated, “We are currently discussing the re-signing of all the members, including Lisa.”
