8 Years After His Debut, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo Confirmed To Be Preparing For His First Solo Album
ASTRO member and actor Cha Eun Woo is making his solo debut at last.
His agency Fantagio stated on January 9th, “Cha Eun Woo is currently preparing for his first solo album with the goal of releasing it in the first half of 2024.” They further mentioned, “In particular, we are aiming to unveil the first performance of a song from his solo album at his first fan concert scheduled to take place at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on February 17th. We ask for a lot of anticipation and support.”
Cha Eunwoo released his first solo song, “Rainbow Falling,” as the OST for the JTBC drama ‘My ID is Gangnam Beauty’ in 2018. Since then, he has sung numerous OSTs. However, this will be his first solo album release in 8 years since his debut.
With his active involvement in various fields such as acting, variety shows, and singing, global fans have high expectations for Cha Eun Woo’s new image showcased through his first solo album.
Meanwhile, Cha Eun Woo is currently appearing as math teacher Jin Seo-won in the MBC drama “A Good Day To Be A Dog,” which is nearing its final episode on the 10th. He is also preparing for an upcoming MBC drama set to be released in March.
Furthermore, on February 17th, he will kick off his Asia fan tour ‘2024 Just One 10 Minute Mystery Elevator’ at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul.
