Its been reported that all of the 12 members of LOONA are now free from Blockberry.
On the 16th, the 5 remaining members of LOONA filed an appeal requesting the suspension of the effectiveness of their exclusive contracts against their agency, Blockberry Creative, at the Seoul High Court, and the court ruled in favor of the plaintiffs.
As a result, the remaining members, HaSeul, Yeojin, Yves, Olivia Hye, and Go Won, have all been able to break free from Blockberry and start anew.
The court determined that there was a problem with the effectiveness of the exclusive contracts as Blockberry transferred the exclusive contract to the Japanese agency Universal Japan without the members’ written consent.
Since Chuu, one of the LOONA members, left the group first in November of last year, HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, and HyunJin, as well as ViVi, have also left the nest. Now, the 5 remaining members are also free to pursue activities without restrictions.

Chuu has joined the agency ATRP, while HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry have joined Modhouse, and HyunJin and ViVi have joined CTDENM. It is expected that the remaining members, whose activities were essentially indefinitely suspended, will also be able to make a fresh start.
