2NE1’s Dara Confirmed To Make First Solo Comeback In Nearly 6 Years

2NE1 member Dara is making a comeback as a solo singer much to the delight of fans!

A representative from Dara’s side announced on the 14th of June, “Dara will make a solo comeback in the music industry in July. We cannot reveal the specific timing or album format at this time, so we ask for your understanding.”

Dara made her debut in 2004 through the ABS-CBN talent show “Star Circle Quest” and officially entered the music industry as a member of 2NE1 in 2009. She received a lot of love with hit songs such as “Fire,” “I Don’t Care,” “I Am the Best,” “Come Back Home,” and “Ugly.” However, in 2016, the group disbanded, and each member went their separate ways. Dara actively participated in various entertainment programs.

This upcoming new song from Dara will be her first release in approximately six years since the release of “Part 2” of the OST for the 2017 film “One Step.” As this is her first solo activity apart from her group, there is much anticipation surrounding it.
