Singer and actor Yoon Kye Sang, who appeared in the JTBC news program ‘News Room’ on the 10th, expressed his thoughts on marriage and his recent surgery.

Yoon Kye Sang, who is a member of the group g.o.d and an actor, appeared in an interview on this day and said, “These days, my friends see me as a grown-up. They don’t seem to know that I used to be an idol or a singer.”

He then shared his thoughts on getting married last year. Yoon Kye Sang, who said he feels a lot of stability, smiled and said, “I feel much more at ease. No matter what I do, I gain confidence knowing that my family is behind me.” He married a businesswoman who is 5 years younger than him in June 2022, a year after registering their marriage in 2021.

Yoon Kye Sang is set to appear as an amateur kidnapper in the ENA drama ‘The Day of Kidnapping’ and is taking on the role of a father for the first time. He said, “When I saw actress Yoo-na, I really wanted to have a daughter.”

When asked if he wants to have a daughter, he replied, “I want both. It doesn’t matter if it’s a son or a daughter. It’s not something we can decide,” hinting at their plans for a second child.

The actor also recalled his feelings during his surgery for cerebral aneurysm.

He mentioned his surgery for cerebral aneurysm that he underwent during his illness in 2020. When asked, he said, “While lying on the operating table, I thought this could be my last moment. When I regained consciousness, I thought it was a bonus and that I should live well.”

Regarding his statement about wanting to follow a path without wavering, he was asked what path he wants to take. He responded, “I think I should live according to my own answer. If I become happy and firmly pursue the path I want, I think those people will support me and watch over me. Let’s go without wavering.”

Meanwhile, the ENA Thursday drama “The Day of Kidnapping” will premiere on the 13th at 9 PM.
