Yoo Ah In’s Lawyer has expressed their position regarding the publicized charges via media outlets.

Last night, the contents of the alleged indictment of Yoo Ah In was reported by some media outlets bringing shock to fans. According to the indictment, Yoo Ah In allegedly utilized a combined amount of 9.6 liters of medical grade propofol on 181 different occasions across 14 hospitals within a two-year timeframe. The charges also specify his alleged consumption of 567 milligrams of midazolam, 10.7 milliliters of ketamine, and 200 milligrams of remimazolam, in addition to obtaining 1,150 sleeping pills through 44 separate transactions under someone else’s identity.

On top of that, in the alleged indictment report, Yoo Ah In is alleged to have coerced others to use drugs in an attempt to hide his own drug use.

Of course, the indictment report has not been confirmed to be factual, but its content has caused a huge shock among netizens.

On the 3rd of November, Yoo Ah In’s lawyer stated, “It would be appropriate for the defendant’s position on the charges to be addressed through the trial process. However, at this point, all of the charges have been reported in the media as if they are confirmed facts, and we regret that some parts of the reports differ from the actual charges.”

They added, “The defendant will sincerely present their position in accordance with the legal proceedings during the upcoming trial.”

Meanwhile, Yoo Ah In has been embroiled in controversy for allegedly using over seven different types of drugs, including propofol, marijuana, ketamine, cocaine, zolpidem, midazolam, and alprazolam, earlier this year.
