We finally have an approximate air date for “Queen Of Tears”!
tvN has unveiled its drama lineup for 2024 to the press recently, and one of its most anticipated dramas is Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won’s Upcoming “Queen Of Tears.”
The highly anticipated new drama “Queen Of Tears” by renowned K-drama writer Park Ji-eun, who has elevated the status of K-dramas with works like “Crash Landing on You” and “My Love from the Star,” has been confirmed to air in March. Director Jang Young-woo, known for “Unclassified,” and director Kim Hee-won, known for “Vincenzo” and “Little Women,” will be co-directing the drama.
The meeting of top actors Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won has also garnered attention for this project, and with the addition of Park Sung Hoon, Kwak Dong Yeon, and Lee Joo Bin to the lineup, anticipation for the drama has increased even more.
The story revolves around the thrilling crisis and miraculous rekindling of love between Hong Hae-in (played by Kim Ji Won), the third-generation heiress of a conglomerate and the queen of a department store, and Baek Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo Hyun), the son of a village leader and the prince of a supermarket, who have been married for three years. The love story between the two, which started with a century-old marriage, is expected to bring a new excitement this spring.
