Actors Kim Woo Bin and Suzy will collaborate on a new drama by writer Kim Eun Sook.
Production company Hwa&Dam Pictures announced on the 14th of June that they will be producing Kim Eun Sook’s new drama titled ‘It Will All Come True’.
‘It Will All Come True’ has been drawing anticipation as a collaboration between writer Kim Eun Sook and director Lee Byung Hun. Kim Woo Bin and Suzy have been cast as the leading roles responsible for the chemistry in the story. Kim Woo Bin will be starring as the volatile genie, while Suzy will play Ga Young, a human who lacks emotion.
The drama promises to be a stress-free romantic comedy that revolves around three wishes: whether they are luck or punishment, as emotional and overly expressive Genie and emotionally lacking Ga-young hold the power to determine each other’s life and death. It will consist of 12 episodes and aims to be on air in 2024.
Hwa&Dam Pictures stated, “We believe that the combination of story, visuals, and acting creates the best drama in the fantasy romantic comedy genre. The drama ‘It Will All Come True’ is perfect in that regard. With writer Kim Eun Sook’s storyline beyond imagination and director Lee Byung Hun’s visual portrayal, along with the fantastic chemistry between Kim Woo Bin and Suzy, we can look forward to the birth of a new fantasy romantic comedy.”
This will mark the 2nd collaboration between Suzy and Kim Woo Bin, the pair previously worked on the hit drama “Uncontrollably Fond” together.
