Nana Reveals She’s Removing Her Tattoos For This Reason + Comments On Buzz Following Tattoos Reveal
Nana has recently made headlines for what she said about her tattoos!
Nana recently made an appearance on “Cho Hyun-ah’s Thursday Night” and revealed the reason behind her full-body tattoo and the process of removing it.
Nana talked about her current whereabouts and said, “I’m taking a break. I went on a trip with my mom. Went to Bali,” and Cho Hyun-ah added, “You’re an only child. That’s why you get along with your mom like a friend. Your mom probably relies on you a lot.” Nana responded, “Absolutely. It’s just us.”
Cho Hyun-ah asked, “What do you think your flaws are?” Nana pondered for a while and said, “Unlucky, maybe? I don’t have any flaws. Actually, someone could say ‘unlucky’ when they hear me, but I feel like I don’t have any flaws. I have high self-esteem.” Hearing this, Cho Hyun-ah teased her, “I know your flaws. You suffer because of buying things. You’re currently removing your tattoo,” and Nana retorted, “Why is that a flaw?” Cho Hyun-ah explained, “You’re suffering because of the removal. It hurts. But it’s supposed to be okay after it’s removed. All that pain.”
Nana confessed, “I’m currently removing (the tattoos). The reason I’m removing it is because our mom carefully said, ‘I want to see a clean body again.’ When I got the tattoo, my mom gave permission, but she’s now saying, ‘Okay, you can remove it,’ without hesitation.”
She continued, “When I got the tattoos, I was going through a tough time mentally. It was a way to express my emotions. People might say, ‘You overcame it in a really ignorant way,’ but at the time, getting a tattoo seemed like the only way to relieve my emotions. I found it when I was searching for a solution. Removing the tattoos doesn’t pose a challenge for me. Over time, I became much better and more comfortable, so Mom probably mentioned ‘wanting to see a clean body’ just casually. ‘I want to see a clean body.'”
Nana asked, “It seems silly looking back now, right? I never thought of wanting to remove it.”
During the interview, Nana addressed her tattoo controversy when he appeared with a full-body tattoo at an official event, which caused a sensation. He said, “Many people are curious, especially my fans.”
Cho Hyun-ah joked, “I thought you were crazy. When did you even have time to get that done? Tattoos take time. How did you manage to get it all done at once?”
Nana replied, “Someday, I’ll explain this curiosity. But I didn’t expect it to come out this quickly. I didn’t give it any special meaning. I have ‘1968’ on my ankle.”
Are you surprised to hear that Nana is removing her tattoos?
