A new star-studded cast has been confirmed for “Light Shop”!
Disney+ announced on the 19th of January that they will be releasing a new series called ‘Light Shop’ this year, which is written by the renowned webtoon artist Kang Full, the same man behind the hit “Moving.”
‘Light Shop’ is the fifth work in the series ‘Mystery Psychological Dullness’ by Kang Full. This work, which depicts the stories of people between life and death, has gained great popularity with over 150 million cumulative views.
According to the casting lineup that has been revealed, actors Ju Ji Hoon, Park Bo Young, Bae Sung Woo, Uhm Tae Goo, Seolhyun, Lee Jeong Eun, Kim Min Ha, Park Hyuk Kwon, Kim Dae Myung, Shin Eun Soo, Kim Seon Hwa, and Kim Ki Hae will appear in the series. The specific roles have not been announced yet.
What catches the eye is that Kim Hee Won, who worked with Kang Full as a writer and actor in ‘Moving’, has now met as a writer and director. Kim Hee Won played the role of Choi Il Hwan, a homeroom teacher at Jungwon High School, in ‘Moving’.
Kim Hee Won will make his directorial debut with ‘Light Shop’.
