The agency of the late actor Lee Sun Kyun will respond strongly to the spread of false information.
On January 3rd, Hodo & U Entertainment posted a message on their official channel expressing deep regret for the malicious and indiscriminate reports against actor Lee Sun Kyun that have been circulating in some media over the past three months.

Hello. This is Hodo & U Entertainment.
Recently, we have become aware of rumors and false information circulating about our affiliated actors.
We are currently collecting relevant materials and proceeding with legal actions. In the future, we will firmly deal with any situation where false information is spread.
Furthermore, we deeply regret the malicious and indiscriminate reports against the late actor Lee Sun Kyun that have been circulating in some media over the past three months.
We had hoped that the truth would be revealed through a fair police investigation until the end, but the situation has reached a point where we can no longer expect it. Therefore, we, as the agency, want to correct the facts one by one.
Therefore, on the 2nd, Hodo & U Entertainment filed a lawsuit against a journalist who reported false information on the night of December 27, 2023. We request that the journalist sincerely apologize and cooperate with the subsequent legal procedures.
We also have one more request. Due to the ongoing investigation, we have been unable to respond to all inquiries. In such a situation, we kindly request that all articles and online posts that have been published without a clear source or without going through fact-checking be modified or deleted as soon as possible.
