MBC has released new stills featuring Lee Jong Suk for their upcoming drama “Big Mouth”!
“Big Mouth” is an upcoming hard-boiled noir drama about a third-rate lawyer who becomes in charge of a murder case that turns him into a genius conman known as “Big Mouse.” In order to protect his family and survive, he must expose a huge conspiracy among the privileged upper classes.
Lee Jong Suk will take on the role of Park Chang Ho, a third-rate lawyer with a 10% success rate. He is all talk and no action, thus, he’s labeled “Big Mouth.” One day, he is mistaken for a genius conman known as “Big Mouse” and his life is put in danger. And because of his disastrous success rate, he now can’t afford the monthly rent for his office and the salary of his father-in-law who works as the office manager. His deteriorating situation and the frustrating reality he is living, which doesn’t seem to get better no matter how hard he tries, leaves his wife Go Mi Ho (Girls’ Generation’s YoonA) asking for divorce as she can’t bear the way things have become.
In the midst of all of this, Park Chang Ho finally receives a request to take on a murder case for the first time in a while. However, the whole case turns against him and he gets accused of being “Big Mouse” who is the king of the underworld. Viewers are looking forward to seeing how Park Chang Ho will be able to get out of this unexpected crisis.
The newly released stills show the dramatic transformation of Park Chang Who is the babbling lawyer known as “Big Mouth” into the genius con artist “Big Mouse.” Even though he is teased for being a third-rate lawyer, Chang Ho always looks professional and elegant with the way he is dressed.
However, the third photo grabs the attention with how different Chang Ho looks wearing prison clothes and bearing scar marks. Even though he looks like he has given up on everything, his eyes are shining with determination, raising curiosity about how he will be able to survive prison and the criminals living in it.
“Big Mouth” is set to premiere in July after “Doctor Lawyer” ends.
