Several notable stars and actors are set to starr in the upcoming LG U+’s STUDIO X+U horror mystery series ‘Tarot.’
On January 16, the casting news was confirmed. ‘Tarot’ is a cruel fate mystery series where people are trapped by the curse of twisted tarot cards with a single moment of choice. It unfolds as seven different omnibus horror stories centered around the concept of ‘Tarot’, featuring mysterious incidents that could happen to anyone in their daily lives. The episodes include ‘Santa’s Visit’, ‘Single Locker’, ‘Fishing’, ‘Please Throw It Away’, ‘Late Night Taxi’, ‘Rental Mom’, and ‘Couple Manager’.
Leading roles in each episode will be played by Jo Yeo Jung, Park Ha Sun, Dex, Ko Kyu Pil, Seo Ji Hoon, Lee Joo Bin, Kim Sung Tae, Ham Eun Jung, and Oh Yoo Jin.
Dex, who has shown his versatility in various entertainment programs, will appear in the episode ‘Please Throw It Away’.
Jo Yeo Jung will make a special appearance as the protagonist ‘Jiwoo’ in the episode ‘Santa’s Visit’, while Park Ha Sun will play the lead role in the episode ‘Rental Mom’. Ko Kyu Pil will appear in the episode ‘Late Night Taxi’, Seo Ji Hoon and Lee Joo bin in the episode ‘Single Locker’, Kim Sung Tae and Ham Eun Jung in the episode ‘Couple Manager’, and Oh Yoo Jin in the episode ‘Fishing’.
The production team of ‘Tarot’ stated, “The casting lineup is solid with actors who have a strong presence. ‘Tarot’ is directed by Choi Byung-gil, known for dramas such as ‘East of Eden’, ‘Missing 9’, and ‘High Class’, and written by Kyung Min-seok.
