Man who accused Jo Byeong Gyu of bullying has returned with a new statement!

Jo Byeong Gyu is currently embroiled in school violence issues. While some of the accusations from various incidents dating back to 2021 have been cleared, there remains one allegation that has not been resolved. When the fourth whistleblower, “A,” posted the exposé, Jo Byeong Gyu’s agency filed a defamation suit against A. The police requested A, who resides in New Zealand, to cooperate with the investigation, but A declined to respond.

Over the past two years, the situation remained stagnant, and Jo Byeong Gyu finally appeared in front of reporters during the online press conference for tvN’s “The Uncanny Counter 2” on the 21st after about a year and a half. He denied the accusations again.

However, on the 28th of July, one day before the first episode of “The Uncanny Counter 2,” whistleblower A broke the silence after two years. A used their social media account to say, “I will accept it if 10 billion won [$7.8 million] is offered. I have many things to say, but I’ll postpone it for now, and I’ll respond publicly if the agency says they want public verification but they aren’t responding to my inquiries.”

A refuted the agency’s position, mentioning their initial request for cooperation and the agency’s lack of response. They expressed the pain they endured due to repeated articles about their declined summons and entry request, comments like “hiding like a rat,” and said they could barely sleep. A then put forth some conditions for Jo Byeong Gyu and the agency, saying, “If both parties agree to public verification, I will raise 10 billion won for public investment.” A made a promise, “If it turns out one side is fabricating falsehoods and acting maliciously, and I’m lying during the public verification, then after finishing my education in New Zealand, I will voluntarily join the Korean military [he was born in New Zealand], and I’ll do public cleaning for ten years.”

After that was written, HB Entertainment, the agency of Jo Byeong Gyu, stated their position on his recent remarks. They said, “Once the writer of the post undergoes investigation by the authorities, all the contents will be revealed. Therefore, we have decided not to respond separately.”
