IU has turned down the offer to star in an upcoming drama written by Park Ji Eun!
On April 6, it was reported by Ilyo News that IU was offered a role in an upcoming drama written by Park Ji Eun. IU’s agency later commented on the matter and said, “It is true that IU was offered to star in a new drama written by Park Ji Eun, but she politely declined.”
Park Ji Eun has previously written “Crash Landing on You,” “The Legend of the Blue Sea,” “The Producers,” and “My Love From the Star.” Her new drama is said to be about a chaebol family.
IU is currently preparing for a new drama titled “Money Game,” which will begin filming in May.
