“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” Continues To See A Decline In Ratings Despite Previous Rise, Why Is This Happening?
“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” ratings have fallen lower!
On September 19, “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” episode saw a decline in ratings. This marks the first time since it has seen a decline in its ratings, twice.
According to Nielsen Korea, the most recent episode of “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” scored an average nationwide rating of 8.1%, which is a 1% drop from its Saturday episode rating which was 9.1%. The drama has broken past the double-digit mark last week but has seen a decline in its ratings this week.
What could be the reason?
Some netizens believe the drama has begun to resort to familiar cliches such as the introduction of the love triangle, other netizens believe the drama is beginning to stagnant and the plot is going nowhere.
Despite the decline in ratings, the drama has maintained its spot as the number one drama in its time slot across all channels.

Are you watching either of these two dramas? What do you think of them so far?
The plot becomes boring, since the second lead appeared. So many ‘hidden theories’ still in questions, and we need some trigger to keep watching the drama as well. Nevertheles, I am considering the twist at the 10th episode.
