Han Ye Seul has recently updated fans on her whereabouts in a recent video!
In her video on her channel, actress Han Ye Seul shared thoughts about the former journalist and deceased YouTuber Kim Yong-ho, with whom she had a legal dispute.
In the video titled ‘Long Time No See, Nice to See You Again!’ released on the 8th, Han Ye Seul said, “I’ve been in the United States for a long time. I planned to enter a project this year, but before getting into the project, I felt the need for healing. I thought I should take a break before getting busy.”
She continued, “I wanted to share my daily life on social media, but at some point, it felt like my life became a slave to social media. Even when I went to nice places with family or friends, I found myself looking for photo spots. Wondering if it’s beneficial to do this during the time I want to heal, I decided to take a break from YouTube and social media. I hope people understand that I wanted to have my time.”
Han Ye Seul shared, “My goal was to become more beautiful, maintain good health, and become more stylish to show in my work. However, the filming was constantly postponed. While waiting for the project, I thought I should continue with activities. So, I returned to Korea in the summer of this year.”
Addressing the legal dispute with former journalist Kim Yong-ho, who had made various allegations about her boyfriend, among other things, Han Ye Seul said, “Honestly, he could have had a chance to live a new life. It’s truly pitiful. I felt sincerely sorry and pitiful. Actually, going to trial was very stressful for me. Going through a lawsuit is not an easy thing. I was thinking it’s difficult, and suddenly it just ended. Since there was no specific target for my lawsuit, the case disappeared.”
She added, “More than being afraid, it was unacceptable because his actions were so malicious. I wondered how such behavior could be allowed in society. It seemed like he imposed a murderous behavior with a mindset like ‘I hate it too!’”
Han Ye Seul revealed her familiarity with witch hunts in the entertainment industry since her debut and mentioned that she had undergone training related to this. She said, “What people thought was not as fatal to me, and I was just worried about my boyfriend. Staying in Korea, I thought there might be internal bleeding for my boyfriend, so I took him to the United States. I wanted to show that there is a bigger world. My boyfriend underwent internal healing, and he became healthier than before.”
