Actors Gong Myung and Kim Min Ha will showcase a youth fantasy romance through the Tving original series ‘One Week Before I Die’.
On the 8th of November, Tving announced that Gong Myung and Kim Min Ha have been cast in ‘One Week Before I Die’. ‘One Week Before I Die’ depicts a youth fantasy romance that unfolds when Jung Hee-Wan (played by Kim Min Ha), who lives like a hikikomori without any motivation for life, encounters her childhood friend and first love, Kim Ram-Woo (played by Gong Myung), who appears as a grim reaper. The story revolves around the two people who meet again a week before Jung Hee-Wan’s death, facing a secret they didn’t know in high school, and searching for the meaning of life and love.
Gong Myung, who plays the role of Kim Ram-Woo in the drama, appears as a grim reaper who appears in front of Hee-wan after six years since leaving the world, shaking up her mundane life by performing an extraordinary bucket list for a week. He attempts to transform into a grim reaper who accompanies Hee-wan, hiding his feelings of first love.
Kim Min Ha has been cast as Jung Hee-wan, who wasted her youth without laughter and faced death.
‘One Week Before I Die’, starring Gong Myung and Kim Min Ha, is set to be released in 2025.
