tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Beneficial Fraud” (Written by Han Woo Joo, and directed by Lee Soo Hyun) is about a swindler who cannot empathize and a lawyer who is overly empathetic. It is a revenge play against absolute evil and a thrilling cooperative fraud. Attention is focused on the meeting of actors Chun Woo Hee and Kim Dong Wook, who have provided a different level of immersion with impressive acting in their works.
First, Cheon Woo Hee, who has been performing intensely with detailed character expressions, takes on the role of Lee Roum, a con artist who cannot empathize. Lee Roum is a genius swindler who makes a fortune with a thousand faces and flamboyant speech.
Kim Dong Wook plays Han Moo Young, a lawyer with over-empathy who has the exact opposite tendency of Lee Roum. Attorney Han, who moves the emotions of others, raises questions about what kind of reaction he will have when he meets Lee Roum, a fraudster who cannot empathize, with his unique empathy and sharpness in grasping psychology.
