We finally have our first look at the highly anticipated upcoming drama “Useless Lies”!
tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Useless Lies” is set to premiere this July. The production team has released surprise still cuts on May 31, raising expectations for the unique romance chemistry between Kim So Hyun and Hwang Min Hyun. The perfect synergy between the two youthful actors, who have transformed into characters who can hear the truth and hide the truth, creates excitement.
“Useless Lies” is a truth-detective romance that unfolds when liar hunter Mok Sol-hee (played by Kim So Hyun) who can hear lies, and genius composer Kim Do-ha (played by Hwang Min Hyun) with an undisclosed identity, meet. It is expected to present a romantic comedy with a unique blend of sweet romance and thrilling mystery set in a reality-based fantasy.
Mok Sol-hee, who cannot trust people due to her ability to hear lies, is a subject of study for Kim Do-ha, who does not lie to the cynical Mok Sol-hee. As shown in the stills, Mok Sol-hee’s eyes are filled with curiosity as she looks at Kim Do-ha.
