[TRENDING] Wonho To Make His Solo Debut After Joining New Agency

Former MONSTA X member Wonho is making his solo debut!

On July 22, Star News reported that Wonho is starting preparations for his first solo album and predicted the album would be released some time in late August. Fans got super excited and waited for the label confirmation which came shortly after the initial report.

A source from his agency Highline Entertainment told news outlets that Wonho was preparing for his solo debut album. However, the debut date hasn’t been decided yet.

“We ask for your support and expectations for Wonho, who is about to make his solo debut.”

Wonho was previously embroiled in controversy in late 2019 and subsequently left his group MONSTA X and his agency. Earlier this year, it was revealed that Wonho tested negative for drug use and the police wrapped up their investigation without pressing charges against him.

He later signed with Starship Entertainment’s sub-label Highline Entertainment, and recently also signed to American label Maverick Management in May hinting at his global activities.

After the announcement, Wonho’s name topped twitter worldwide trends with more than 100K tweets; fans are sharing their excitement about his solo debut.
